How do pet parents log in?
With their phone number and a one-time code. The app finds the records linked to that number at Koko clinics.
What does a pet parent see?
Their pets, each pet's visits, vaccinations and certificates, the lab reports and documents the clinic shares, and their bills.
Do pet parents see the vet's clinical notes?
No. They see finalised visits with the medicines prescribed, and what the clinic chooses to share. Koko AI's clinical summaries stay with the vet.
Can pet parents book appointments?
They can request one once the clinic turns on appointment requests. The clinic confirms the time, and Koko sends the confirmation on WhatsApp.
Does the clinic have to set anything up?
No. Records and bills come from Koko as your team works. Appointment requests need one switch in Clinic Setup.
