Can pet parents book from an app?
Pet parents can request an appointment from the Koko Pet Parent App. Each branch decides whether to switch this on, and your staff confirm the time and the doctor before the confirmation goes out.
Do follow-up visits get a reminder?
Yes. Set a follow-up date in the treatment and Koko sends the pet parent a WhatsApp reminder the day before.
Can the doctor start the treatment from the appointment?
